6. No Guarantee of Results

Credit Repair Dudes LLC does not guarantee any specific results from the use of its services. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No specific credit score increase is guaranteed
• No specific item will be removed from your credit report
• No timeline or timeframe for results can be guaranteed

Outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, the accuracy of the information reported, and the responsiveness of third parties such as credit reporting agencies, creditors, and data furnishers. You further understand that:

• Accurate, current, and verifiable information cannot be removed from a credit report
• Only information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable may be challenged in accordance with applicable laws

All services are provided on a best-effort basis, using available information and in compliance with federal and state regulations.

7. Client Eligibility and User Representations

By using this Website or engaging the services of Credit Repair Dudes LLC, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• All information you provide to the Company is accurate, complete, and truthful

You further agree that you will not:

• Delays in submitting required information or documentation may delay the start of services

Services will not be initiated until all required onboarding requirements have been completed and accepted by the Company.

9. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to compensate Credit Repair Dudes LLC for services performed in accordance with applicable laws and this Agreement. The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

• Fees are charged only after services have been initiated and/or performed, in compliance with applicable federal and state laws
• No payment is collected prior to the commencement of work on the Client’s behalf

Billing may be structured in one of the following ways, depending on the selected service plan:

• One-time payment
• Recurring billing (e.g., monthly)
• Installment-based payment plans

The timing of billing is based on actual service activity, including work performed, account setup, analysis, or administrative actions, and is not based on fixed or assumed timelines. The Client further agrees that:

• A valid payment method must be provided and authorized prior to any billing
• The Company is authorized to charge the provided payment method for services that have been performed in accordance with this Agreement
• Billing timing may vary depending on when services are initiated and completed

All services performed are documented through internal records, work logs, and timestamps.

10. Refund and Cancellation Policy

The Client has the right to cancel services without penalty or obligation within three (3) business days from the date of enrollment or execution of the service agreement. Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email or other verifiable written communication. The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

• No charges will be made during the 3-business-day cancellation period
• Services will not be initiated until after this cancellation period unless expressly permitted by applicable law and authorized by the Client

After the cancellation period has passed:

• If services have not yet been initiated, the Client may cancel with no obligation for unperformed services
• If services have been initiated and/or performed, fees for those completed services are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law

The Client further understands that:

• Cancellation will stop any future or unperformed services
• Any services already performed prior to cancellation remain payable
• This policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)

11. Chargeback and Billing Dispute Policy

The Client agrees to contact Credit Repair Dudes LLC directly regarding any billing questions, concerns, or discrepancies prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute with any financial institution. The Company agrees to review and address all billing inquiries in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe. The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

• Chargebacks should not be initiated for services that have been properly performed and documented
• A billing dispute or chargeback does not automatically cancel this Agreement or eliminate payment obligations for services already rendered
• Initiating a chargeback for legitimately provided services may be considered a breach of this Agreement, subject to further action as permitted by law

Credit Repair Dudes LLC reserves the right to:

• Maintain detailed records of all services performed, including work logs, timestamps, and communications
• Submit such documentation to financial institutions or payment processors to defend against chargebacks or disputes
• Pursue appropriate collection or legal remedies for unpaid balances related to services that have been completed

Nothing in this section is intended to limit the Client’s rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Client Responsibilities

The Client acknowledges that the effectiveness and timeliness of services depend on their cooperation and participation. The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at all times
• Submit all requested documents and information in a timely manner
• Maintain open and responsive communication with the Company
• Promptly respond to requests related to disputes, documentation, or account updates
• Continue making timely payments to existing creditors and financial obligations
• Notify the Company of any changes to contact information, credit profile, or financial situation
• Inform the Company of any new credit activity, correspondence, or accounts that may impact services

The Client understands that:

• Services are based on the information provided by the Client
• Failure to provide accurate or timely information may delay, limit, or impact the effectiveness of services
• Lack of communication or cooperation may result in a temporary pause or discontinuation of services

13. Authorization to Communicate on Client’s Behalf

By engaging the Company’s services and providing appropriate authorization, the Client grants Credit Repair Dudes LLC limited permission to act on their behalf in an administrative capacity. When authorized, the Company may:

• Communicate with consumer reporting agencies (e.g., Experian, Equifax, TransUnion)
• Communicate with creditors, furnishers, and collection agencies
• Prepare and submit communications related to the Client’s credit report
• Request verification or clarification of information reported on the Client’s behalf

Limitation of Authorization

This authorization is strictly limited to administrative and support-related activities. The Company does not have authority to:

• Open or close accounts on behalf of the Client
• Incur debt or financial obligations
• Alter or misrepresent the Client’s identity or personal information
• Provide legal advice or legal representation

The Client retains full control over their credit profile at all times and may revoke this authorization at any time by providing written notice to the Company.

14. Credit Monitoring and Access to Credit Data

To effectively provide services, the Client may be required to maintain access to a 3-bureau credit monitoring service throughout the duration of the engagement. The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

• Access to current and accurate credit report data is necessary for the Company to perform analysis, provide guidance, and assist with services
• The Client may choose any reputable credit monitoring provider of their preference

Security and Access

• The Client is not required to provide login credentials directly to the Company unless through an approved and secure method
• Where applicable, the Client may securely share relevant credit report information or grant limited access through authorized third-party systems

The Client understands that:

• Services are dependent on access to up-to-date credit information
• Delays or limitations in access to credit data may impact the Company’s ability to perform services effectively

15. Consumer Rights Disclosure

The Client acknowledges that they have received, reviewed, or have been provided access to the document titled “Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law,” as required under applicable federal law, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). The Client understands and agrees that:

• They have the right to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information on their credit report directly with consumer reporting agencies at no cost
• They are not required to purchase any service from the Company or any third party to exercise these rights

The Client further acknowledges that:

• The Company does not possess any special authority or influence over credit reporting agencies, creditors, or furnishers beyond what is available to the Client under applicable law
• All services provided are based on guidance, administrative assistance, and education, and are performed within the scope of the Client’s legal rights
