1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Credit Repair Dudes LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides refunds for services.
Due to the nature of credit consulting and administrative services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Right to Cancel (3-Day Rule)
You have the right to cancel your agreement without penalty or obligation within three (3) business days from the date of enrollment.
- Cancellation must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable)
- No services will be performed during this period
- No charges will be incurred during this cancellation period
3. When Charges Occur
The Company does not charge for services prior to work being initiated or performed.
Charges are applied only after:
- Services have been initiated and/or performed
- Work has been documented internally (e.g., file setup, analysis, preparation of materials)
4. No Refunds After Services Are Performed
Once services have been initiated and/or performed:
- Fees are non-refundable
- This includes administrative work such as:
- Credit report analysis
- File creation and case setup
- Preparation of dispute materials
- Documentation and internal processing
These services represent time, labor, and expertise already rendered.
5. Cancellation After Services Begin
If you choose to cancel services after work has begun:
- Future services will be stopped
- You will not be billed for unperformed services
- Any completed services remain payable and non-refundable
6. Billing Disputes
If you believe a billing error has occurred:
- You agree to contact the Company directly first
- We will review and resolve disputes in good faith
Initiating a chargeback for services that have been performed may:
- Be considered a breach of agreement
- Result in collection or legal action where permitted by law
7. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only where:
- Required by applicable law
- A billing error is confirmed by the Company
