This Service Agreement is entered into between you ("Client") and Credit Repair Dudes LLC ("Company"). Client engages Company to provide credit repair services including reviewing credit reports, preparing dispute correspondence, and providing credit education.

Services commence after the initial service fee is processed. The Company will provide services in accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). No specific outcome is guaranteed. Client may cancel within three (3) business days without penalty. After that period, thirty (30) days written notice is required.

You authorize Credit Repair Dudes LLC to store your payment method securely via Authorize.net and to initiate charges according to the billing schedule you selected. No charge will be made today.

Your first payment is processed approximately five (5) calendar days after signup, at the end of your review period. Your subscription then renews monthly on that same day until cancelled.

Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law

You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit reporting agency directly at no charge. You have a right to a free copy of your credit report once per year at AnnualCreditReport.com or 1-877-322-8228.

Credit repair organizations cannot guarantee specific results and cannot legally promise to remove accurate negative information before its scheduled removal date. You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates CROA.

You agree to provide accurate information, promptly forward correspondence from credit agencies, and keep contact information current. You agree to respond to Company communications within a reasonable time and not apply for new credit unnecessarily during your program.

Credit Repair Dudes LLC collects only information necessary to deliver credit repair services. We do not sell your personal information. You authorize the Company to communicate on your behalf with Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, and data furnishers solely for the purpose of investigating and disputing items on your credit report.

Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration per AAA rules. By agreeing, you waive your right to a jury trial and class action participation. You retain the right to bring claims in small claims court within its jurisdictional limit.
